Refund policy

We want you happy with your handmade goods. If something arrives damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Because soap and body care are personal-care items, we cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.
