When will my order ship?

Our first soap batch is curing now and is planned to ship around mid-October. You’ll get a confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships. Timing can shift a little with handmade batches—we’ll email if anything changes.

Do you ship outside the United States?

For launch, we currently ship within the United States only.

What’s the launch discount?

Erika’s Launch Special takes 60% off eligible first-batch soaps automatically in your cart while that batch lasts. Free shipping may also apply when the offer is active—check your cart for the final total.

Are all the same ingredients in every bar?

No. Every bar is made with all-natural, clean ingredients and never the junk, but recipes vary bar to bar. Each product page lists what went into that soap. Things we often work with include olive oil, coconut oil, and—when a recipe calls for them—honey, tallow, clays, botanicals, and essential or botanical oil blends.

Is your soap cold-processed?

Yes. Bars are cold-processed in small batches and slowly cured for about 6 weeks for a creamy lather and a longer-lasting bar.

Do you use artificial fragrance?

We don’t use artificial fragrance oils, phthalates, parabens, sulfates, aluminum, or chemical preservatives. Scented bars use essential oils and/or botanical oil blends—see each product for details. Our Original bar is unscented.

How should I store and use the soap?

Keep your bar on a draining soap dish between uses so it can dry. That helps it last longer. Avoid sitting in standing water.

What’s your return policy?

If something arrives damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Because soap is personal care, we generally can’t accept returns of opened bars for hygiene reasons unless there’s a defect. Full details are on our Refund policy.
